Château Grand Boise
The Château Grand Boise winery in Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, 3 kilometres southwest of Trets, changed hands in the fall of 2025. Jean Simonet, since 2012 responsible for vineyards and the winery, and Ana-Sofia Simonet, responsible for events and the nearby restaurant with wine shop, have acquired the estate together with MasterChef Romain Tosolini.

It feels reassuring that Jean and Ana-Sofia are continuing because the Grand Boise wines are among the absolute purest wines I have tasted! I have also tasted their red Auro natural wine and it is the purest natural wine I have tasted, none of the unfortunately often occurring natural wine aroma. The vineyard is now also biodynamic.
Château Simone
Château Simone is located in Meyreuil just east of Aix-en-Provence and the château is located in the small appellation Palette. The historic château is primarily known for its powerful oak-aged white wine, which is one of the best in southern France and can be aged for 10-15 years, but the red and rosé wines are also top-notch.

There has been a family dispute over ownership for 20 years and it is finally over. Jean-François Rougier, son of René and Monique Rougier, and who has been in charge since 2016, now owns 100% of the shares after his cousin Frédéric Rougier sold all his shares to Jean-Francois.
