Person responsible for data
The person responsible for processing your personal data is: the ”enskild firma” “Prova Vin i Västerås”, which is registered at Göran Boman, Lindövägen 5, 725 90 Västerås.

This Privacy Policy describes how we process your personal information in connection with your subscription to the Newsletter from “Wines of Provence” and the policy is published on www.winesofprovence.org.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new law valid throughout the EU from 25 May 2018. The aim is to improve the protection of the individual in the processing of personal data and to create a uniform regulatory framework within the EU.

Personal data
By personal data is meant name, address, telephone number, e-mail, social security number and other information which can in any way be associated with an individual.

1. Collection of information
We collect information from you when registering as a subscriber to our newsletter. This can be done via the Web-site, via e-mail, via events, via telephone or which is otherwise communicated to us.

2. Use of Information
The information we collect from you is used to send newsletter which may also contain invitations and Marketing

3. Our storing of information
Personal data, where only complete name or only first name and e-mail are stored. After activated subscription to our newsletter, the information is saved in the recipient list until you cancel your subscription.

The systems that are used for newsletters is WordPress Website program with the added program “Newsletter” (Stefano Lissa & The Newsletter Team).

4. Disclosure to third parties
“Prova vin i Västerås” is the only one who owns the information.

No information will be sold, exchanged, transferred, or assigned on to any other company for any purpose, without your consent, except for the possible sale or merger of “Wines of Provence” website with related newsletters to / with another company. See paragraph 7.

We believe it is necessary to share information for the purpose of investigating, preventing, or taking action against illegal activities, suspected fraud, violation of our Terms of Use or other occasions when required by law.

5.Information protection
The website “Wines of Provence” is located on the One.com web hotel that complies with GDPR, currently all data is stored in Denmark. Only “Prova Vin i Västerås” employees who are to perform a specific task have access to personally identifiable information.

6. Your rights
As a subscriber, you always have the right to receive information about who is responsible for the processing of your personal data, why the business needs to process them, how long and what they are used for. You can request an extract at any time showing what personal information the business processes about you. You also have the right to have your personal data deleted or changed, for example if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected, or if you withdraw a consent that you have previously given.

In our newsletters there is always the possibility to cancel the subscription via a link. If you want us to completely discontinue all processing of your personal data, you can request deletion of it. We will then delete all information that can be linked to you as a person. When the deletion is done, you will receive confirmation of this.

7. Sales and mergers
In the event of a merger or sale (in whole or in part) of the “Wines of Provence” website with associated newsletters with / to another company, your personal data may be included in such a transaction. Such a transfer is permitted under this policy which you consent to by accepting this policy. A new owner may continue to use personal data in accordance with this policy.

8. Changes
We reserve the right to change this policy. If we make a change, an updated version will be published on website n www. winesofprovence.org. Any changes will take effect in connection with the publication.
